2003 Comes to a Close

As Cottage Views hits their 10 year anniversary as a publication, 2003 comes to a close.  Following our votes is a list of the top 35 Rock records that were released between Jan. 1, 2003 and December 21, 2003 in alphabetical order.

Based on how many great songs each one of the discs that Cottage Views had the opportunity to listen to, and how many times said disc hit the CD player is what swayed the editor to choose his Personal Picks of the Year.

Readers may feel free to post their picks at the bottom of this page.
